Ayurveda was revealed to the seers of India thousands of years ago. The
seers came to understand the principles by which health and well being is
both created and destroyed.
To-day in the western world we find due the harshness of the environment
and the stress of living in this modern world has created more a
destroying effect on humans.
The navel Center could be considered very important from it role in the
development of the embryo. The point where the umbilical cord attaches to
the baby is the navel. This is the main Center of the internal alchemy. It
is also the first point where we register our past life memories. It is
also where the planetary rays loge first. Thus make the navel very
important, and from it we can learn how a persons health is both sexually
and physically.

you will find photos of navels. This are navels of top health conscious models, actress
and health instructors. This is an example of what we consider unhealthy navels in
Ayurveda or in Tao system.
"In my twenty year romance with the healing arts, I have experienced the work of many
bodywork artists, however none has taken me to the place of deep peace, and safety to
explore the subtler realms of my bodymind imprints as the touch of Shri Param Eswaran.
Coming from his deep well of meditativeness, and his passion and compassion, he is able to
create a massage experience that is beyond the massage taught in our western world.
During the time I spent with Shri Param I was blessed to receive his massage a number of
times. Within the first twenty minutes I knew that what I was experiencing was the most
profound experience of healing and integration I had ever received !!!" by Jivana. K.

As food is a necessity for the organism from birth to death, so is massage to the human
organism. Food provides nourishment from external sources to the organism, whereas massage
excites the internal resources and provides nourishment in the form of proteins, glucose,
and other vitalizing chemicals which are within the system. Massage, like a mother,
preserves the body energy and save the organism from decay. It also works as a cleaner and
helps the organism in discharging toxins out of the body through sweat, urine and mucous,
thus rejuvenating the body.
Ayurveda, like the Chinese Acupuncture system, is principally concerned with maintaining
balance in one's life. Acupuncture uses needles, to stimulate the energy flow of the body,
and Ayurveda uses oil massage to achieve the same.
This science was first recorded about 2500 years ago. Ayurveda is based on
Universal Principles and is a living, growing body of knowledge. It is a very
important part of Tantra and Kama Sutra. Only a health body can house a health
soul and mind. To be in a healthy relationship one has to know and
understand the compete knowledge of Tantra and the art of staying health.
One can look physically well toned and shaped yet be unhealthy. It is important to be
balanced both spiritually and physically. Traditional Ayurveda fits quite well into modern
form of holistic healing. It is concerned with a broad view of the total health of the
individual. It forces on physical,
emotional and spiritual health. It's teaching has a deeper awareness of how the body and our experiences as a microcosm of the greater
Universe and the relationships in the interaction between the inner and outer worlds. Our
being is connected to the five elements of the Universe, providing a link between the
human microcosm and the Universal macrocosm. The internal organs contain the essences
of the spiritual force of a human being. They also provide the physical lines of
force that holds the body together and give it form.

LOVE IS THE POWER OF THE UNIVERSE and it is only through the light and way
of love that we may raise our vibration and reclaim our inner divinity. Para Tan
utilizes ancient sacred sounds to break up cellular memory and circulate Shakti
aka LOVE aka SOUND through the body. This feeling of love is the orgasmic bliss
of cosmic union with divinity within and around us.
