“Opening to the Healing Power of Divine Mother”
The uniqueness of Para Tan Sound Healing comes from chanting the mantras directly
into specific areas of the client’s body. This allows the vibrational
frequency of each Bija mantra to release emotional blocks and restore the
correct spin of the DNA on a cellular level.
Essential oils enhance this process by increasing the frequency of the cells
and removing emotional and physical toxins from the receptor sites of the
cells. Smelling essential oils also directly affects the limbic system in the
inner brain and activates the pineal and pituitary glands allowing the soul,
spirit and body to align with the Goddess within. Essential oils must be of
the highest quality and energetic vibration to have these affects on the body.

The first step in Para Tan Sound Healing strengthens the aura as a means of
protection from taking on the negative energies of the client.
The healer begins by placing Essential Oil #1 on his/hers own shoulders.
Connecting to Mother Earth - The second step grounds the client to their own
body and to Mother Earth. This is accomplished by massaging the feet with our
exotic blend for grounding the Self to Mother Earth.
Put 3 drops of Essential Oil #2 in your left hand to infuse the oil with moon
energy of Divine Mother. With your right hand, rub the oil in your left hand
in a clockwise circular motion three times while chanting “Chum.” Continue
chanting; “chum” while applying the oil to the sole of the left foot starting
from the heart center in the middle of your foot working outward to cover the
entire foot.
Repeat this same process on your right foot using “Hrim” as the mantra instead
of “Chum” to infuse the oil with sun energy of the Divine Father.
Gathering the Energy of the Universal Intellect – The third step accomplishes
the following: Gathers our emotional and spiritual energies. Helps us overcome
the bombardment of chaotic energy that alters our focus and takes us off our
path. Increases oxygen around the pineal and pituitary glands bringing greater
harmonic frequency to receive the communication we desire.
Apply Essential Oil #3 to the Third Eye. Chant the mantra of the client’s day
of birth* nine times on the Third Eye. (see below)

Sun)
Born on the 2nd, 11th, 20th of any month chant “Cham.” (Bija sound for the
Moon)
Born on the 3rd, 12th, 21st and 30th of any month chant “Brim” For
Jupiter
Born on the 4th, 13th, 22nd and 31st of any month chant.” Rang.” For
Rahu
Born on the 5th, 14th, 23rd of any month chant .”Shrim.”. For Mercury
Born on the 6th, 15th, 24th of any month chant .”Bhur.” or .”Hrim.” . For

Opening up the Channels of Self-Expression. The fourth step opens and releases
emotional blocks in the Throat and Respiratory System and enhances
communication.
Apply the Essential Oil #4 on the Throat while chanting the mantra “Kreem”
nine times on the Throat area.
Awakening the Center of Love The fifth step promotes physical and emotional
healing resulting in harmonic balance. As we come into the present moment, the
Heart is filled with joy and forgiveness.
Apply Essential Oil #5 to the heart while chanting the mantra “Hrim” nine
times to the heart and along the sternum. Continue chanting “Hrim” nine times
at each meridian point (every indentation between the ribs) from the Throat to
the Solar Plexus.
Freedom from Anger. The sixth step releases anger and memory trauma from the
cells of the liver bringing a sense of peace and emotional well-being.
Then apply Essential Oil #6 to the Solar Plexus. Chant the mantra “Klim” to
the Solar Plexus nine times.
Opening to the Universal Soul. The seventh step releases negative memories
stored within the Navel region. This step is very important because it is the
birthplace for disease, i.e. tumors, cancer, emotional-related illnesses...
Apply Essential Oil #7 to the navel. (This essential oil helps us reconnect
with our inner identity – our divine self.) Chant the mantra “Aum” into the
navel nine times.
The Golden Palace. The eighth step connects the Second Charka (genital area)
to the Throat Chakra. Thus, a block in the throat region will also affect the
sexual region. These two centers are connected to each other by the nadi or
meridian system.
Chant the mantra “Hrim” for men over the lingam (pubic area) and “Aim, Shrim,
Hrim Sauh” for women around the Yoni (pubic area). After it is done nine
times, anoint the pubic bone with Essential Oil #8. A relaxed mental state
will enable the release of trauma due sexual and emotional abuse.
Closing
End by anointing your client with Essential Oil #1 to expand their auric field
and protect them from taking on other people’s negative energies.
