Around the property we have many little patches of vegetables and fruit trees, still on the learning stage. The kids are amazing, they know which to pick the vegetable and which are not ready for picking. They took Sri Devanayagi to show her the vegetable patch, and did the picking.
See the joy in their eyes to share their knowledge, it gives them a sense of pride. Imagine 20 noisy kids all wanting to share with you, what they know, and there are here from morning to night, and some of the boys sleep here over night.
It is indeed a hand-full for Sri Devanayagi, and she is coping very well for a person who does not know the language, and at the same time not used to lots of noise and attention seeking children.
Each day we teach them how to live a healthy life, and they show us love,- unconditional love.
